Lunchtime Strolls In South West London

London calling…

Working in the city of London is quite special. You’re surrounded by history. I leave home in the morning in a small town where Henry VIII was born and within 40 minutes I reach South West London, home to some of the most historic landmarks in the world. Pretty awesome right?

I’m a stone’s throw from Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, St James’ Park, the London Eye and much more. Tourists constantly flood the area taking pictures, capturing memories and looking in awe at buildings they may previously have only seen on TV.

I have the pleasure of walking through this area each day but usually in a mad rush to reach the office on time so in a combined effort to gain more steps to hit my daily step count, I have decided to actually appreciate my surroundings whilst I have a bit of time so I thought why not share it all with you guys.

How can you ever be late for anything in London? They have a huge clock right in the middle of the town.
